Sanction-list scanning with M.SecureTrade

Check business transactions against sanctioned party lists

Since 2001, companies have been required to cross-check their business partners against government sanction lists. Mercoline’s M.SecureTrade module Sanction-list scanning enables companies to comply with the existing laws and regulations.

Master and transaction data on customers, suppliers and staff can be cross-checked against official black lists. It is available as an add-on feature that can be fully integrated into your own SAP system – no IT-infrastructure expansion required.

M.SecureTrade (Sanction-list scanning) increases compliance by:

  • cross-checking master data (e.g., from accounts receivable)
  • cross-checking against publications in the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger); subscription to the German Federal Gazette
  • importing complete lists or delta lists
  • blocking the respective master and transaction data
  • providing a cockpit for regular compliance reports (protocol, documentation)
  • using standard SAP user interface
