New sanctions list at Reguvis: What you need to know about the Additional Lists (AL)

Since July 1, 2025, Reguvis has been providing a new sanctions list: the so-called Additional Lists (AL). These supplement the existing range of HADDEX sanctions lists and provide greater clarity in the area of export control and compliance.

What has changed?

The most important change concerns the Chinese Unreliable Entities List (UEL). This was previously part of the DIV list, but has been transferred to the AL with its introduction. Companies that regularly access the UEL will therefore need the Additional Lists in future.

Mercoline integrates the Additional Lists (AL) – your compliance remains fully intact

With the introduction of the Additional Lists (AL) at Reguvis, the requirements for accessing certain sanctions lists, such as the Chinese Unreliable Entities List (UEL), have changed. For companies that need these lists, reliable access via a suitable solution is crucial.

Mercoline will integrate the Additional Lists into its compliance solutions in the near future.

This ensures that you can continue to access all relevant content from the HADDEX sanctions lists – directly via our proven solution, without any detours.

Our products enable seamless integration into your business processes and offer you maximum legal certainty when dealing with international sanctions requirements
